Bible Study on Finding And Dating Your True Love With The Agape Love Of God At The Center No Matter What The Circumstances according to Romans 12:2, James 1:14, 1 Thessalonians 5:21-22

Dating according to God’s will is how to make friends and know each other better. There is even possibility of tying the wedding knot but there is also alot of pitfalls along the way that many dating couples should avoid before presenting themselves on stage as reminded in Romans: 12. 2. And be not fashioned according to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, and ye may prove what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

We need to be careful during dating because the devil is also interested in our dating and wish for us to fall into sin when we are the weakest as explained in James: 1. 14. but each man is tempted, when he is drawn away by his own lust, and enticed. During dating, we need to constantly remind each other on the temptation of sins, because we live in a world full of sexual and flesh attraction. Never should we over confident that we are spiritually strong and we will not stumble and fall into sins.

There is differences between Christian and non Christian dating but we need to aware of it because alot of undesired things can happen during that time. We need to do things that pleases God and our partner. Courtship according to Christianity is to find facts, evaluate, judge the personality and character of our partner, on whether is suitable for us as in 1 Thessalonians: 5. 21. prove all things; hold fast that which is good; 22. abstain from every form of evil. It is simply not about long chit chat, exchages of smiles, dreamy gaze, flattering dress and accessories, sexy looks, fine dining and fun entertainments or perhaps progressing unto the next level of intimacy after the candles die.

The dependability of a person depends on his or her character and not external appearance. Mutual attraction is to enable couples to know each other to come together and know each other better. The best choice of dating partner is to select from among your Christian fellowship and friends, because the dating couples are made of the same yoke and therefore is considered to be a better blend. But it does not forbid dating partner of other yoke, provided you do not lose your own beliefs and faith. We do not simple date and fall in love because we feel lonely, time to settle down, urge of having own children, critical baby bearing years or based on attraction and good feeling. The main reason is to develop true love in Christ Jesus as the center.

Agape love is based on the love of God that is unconditional inspite of our circumstances and physical appearance. This love of Christ Jesus for us is willing to sacrifice Himself on the cross for our sake. And Phileo Love is the liking and admiration that is pure like buddies.

History has shown that human possesses the Phileo Love and recognized the Agape Love of God. Where even deadly foes over long years of battles have developed admiration and respect for the main enemy leader they faced. It is through these long contacts and constant exchanges of swords that both sides know each other very well. And eventually the deadly battles become non deadly and carnage anymore (merely a show of light skirmishes and patrols over enemy territory just to pacify some idealist factions), because the Phileo Love of both sides have come to maturity. This great love of humanity is shown in many great leaders of the past and their accompanying great deeds are remembered and admired by both sides even till this day. Why? Because they all honored God and allowed the Agape Love of God to manifest in the form of Phileo Love; that it flows through in the passage of time on both sides of the divide.

On the other hand, Eros is love based on physical looks and attraction of the flesh and satisfaction of the senses but it is erotic and sexual and not guided by the Holy Spirit. Therefore it is not pure love.

In this world there is still True Love as long as God exists. We need to encourage each other to keep true to each other and to seek God. True Love can wait no matter what; whereas Eros Love simply cannot wait.

Bible Study on Being Peacemakers Of Christ Jesus In Order To Reconcile Men With God according to Matthew 10:16, Matthew 5:9, Hebrews 12:14

The relationship between people depends very much on how we deal with each others. 85% of all source of a person’s success depends on God’s favors, opportunities and interpersonal relationships within your team, company, client and customers. Whereas the remaining 15% rest on our worldly skills and knowledge. God teaches us on how the relationships in God’s way as prescribed in the Holy Bible, which is the comprehensive guide book about God for all Christian travelers in the vast ‘wilderness’ of the world.

God teaches us to be tactful as a wise and experienced snake but mild and truthful like a white dove as commanded by apostle Matthew: 10. 16. Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves. Tactful is to be smart in doing good things and to be and to be wise in rejecting evil acts is truthful. Some historical figures in the Holy Bible good interpersonal skills are like Gideon, King David, Abigail the wife of Nabal the Carmelite and the likes.

Some interpersonal avoidance that may destroy our relationships with others includes 1) anger, 2) personal ego,
3) untruthfulness and dishonesty, 4) propensity towards slander, saddist, 5) unsociable behavior and 6) nowadays the potential addiction to hand phone and online games and social media by the younger generation (subjected to debate because as the media of communication changes i.e. telegram, telephone, fax, satellite telecommunications, Internet cyberspace, etc; so does the way we interact).

Nonetheless, sometimes rewording our wordings in our writing and speaking will totally change other people’s perception and the response treatment we might get. Some suggested ways to help improve our interpersonal relationships: 1) smile always if permissible, 2) listen and lend your ears when other speaks, 3) spending time with others, seeing it as a choice and commitment, 4) learn to care for others and 5) ask how can I help you? and offer your best assistance to those in need.

All children of God are called to become peacemakers, because Christ followers seek the truth and justice and fends for the week and oppressed as commanded in Matthew: 5. 9. Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called sons of God. After all reconciliation among men is also the act of reconciling men with Father God as instructed in Hebrews: 12. 14. Follow after peace with all men, and the sanctification without which no man shall see the Lord.

Children Bible Story on Finding Ours And Helping Others Find The ‘Fountain Of Youth’ In Christ Jesus according to John 14:8-38, Psalm 139:14

Jesus was resting by the well at the village of Sychar, while His disciples went off to buy lunch. A Samaritan woman at the well was shocked because Jesus who was a Jew and she was a Samaritan woman and Jesus approached her and strucked a conversation with her. Because the Samaritan were considered unclean those times because they rebelled against God and they intermarried with the gentiles.

During that brief moments, Jesus shared about the gift of God and on the salvation of God not only to the Jews and also to the Samaritans. The salvation of God in forgiveness of a person by God through their true repentance to God but not by their actions alone because we cannot pardon ourselves for our sins. For that person needs to be reminded not to sin again as mentioned in Psalm: 139. 14. I will give thanks unto thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: Wonderful are thy works; And that my soul knoweth right well.

The above Bible Story was told in John: 4. 8. For his disciples were gone away into the city to buy food. 9. The Samaritan woman therefore saith unto him, How is it that thou, being a Jew, askest drink of me, who am a Samaritan woman? (For Jews have no dealings with Samaritans.) 10. Jesus answered and said unto unto her, If thou knewest the gift of God, and who it is that saith to thee, Give me to drink; thou wouldest have asked of him, and he would have given thee living water.

Bible memory verses suggestions and Sunday School sharing points:

1) The ‘newest gift of God’ which Jesus was referring to was the flowing well of living water, whereas the Samaritan woman was thinking of drinking water at first, because she was thinking unlimited flowing well water as depicted in John 4 :11. The woman saith unto him, Sir, thou hast nothing to draw with, and the well is deep: whence then hast thou that living water? The flowing living water that Jesus wanted the Samaritan woman to have eternal life salvation of God and the rebirth in the Holy Spirit is like a well of water springing up like a fountain as seen in John: 4. 14. but whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall become in him a well of water springing up unto eternal life. 15. The woman saith unto him, Sir, give me this water, that I thirst not, neither come all the way hither to draw.

2) The Samaritan woman was shocked and thought that Jesus was a prophet because He knew of her past secret life and that she had kept 5 husbands before as seen in John 4: 16. Jesus saith unto her, Go, call thy husband, and come hither. 17. The woman answered and said unto him, I have no husband. Jesus saith unto her, Thou saidst well, I have no husband: 18. for thou hast had five husbands; and he whom thou now hast is not thy husband: this hast thou said truly. 19. The woman saith unto him, Sir, I perceive that thou art a prophet.

3) However, the Samaritan woman doubted that Jesus knew about the ‘true’ worshiping of God because she thought that worshiping God at the temples of Jerusalem was not correct compared to worshiping God at the sacred mountains I.e . Mount Sinai / Jabel Musa as conversed between her and Jesus in John 4. 20. Our fathers worshipped in this mountain; and ye say, that in Jerusalem is the place where men ought to worship. Jesus explained to her that as God’s children need not worship God at a certain place, but more importantly to worship in spirit and in truth and people were able to worship wherever as depicted in John: 4. 21. Jesus saith unto her, Woman, believe me, the hour cometh, when neither in this mountain, nor in Jerusalem, shall ye worship the Father. 22. Ye worship that which ye know not: we worship that which we know; for salvation is from the Jews. 23. But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and truth: for such doth the Father seek to be his worshippers. 24. God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship in spirit and truth. 25. The woman saith unto him, I know that Messiah cometh (he that is called Christ): when he is come, he will declare unto us all things.

4) Thereafter, Jesus also shared to His diciples about the urgency of His ministry to save the lost and help the broken as in John: 4. 34. Jesus saith unto them, My meat is to do the will of him that sent me, and to accomplish his work. 35. Say not ye, There are yet four months, and [then] cometh the harvest? behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields, that they are white already unto harvest. 36. He that reapeth receiveth wages, and gathereth fruit unto life eternal; that he that soweth and he that reapeth may rejoice together. 37. For herein is the saying true, One soweth, and another reapeth. 38. I sent you to reap that whereon ye have not labored: others have labored, and ye are entered into their labor.

Bible Study on Market Place Sharing Of Godly Values And Making A Stand For Your Unique Position In The Market Place according to Colossians 3:23

Jesus is a great relator and uses every opportunities to connect to people I.e. the Roman tax collector that reaps people or the woman at the well. People like to be connected to us if we show love to others. For Jesus is the God of relationships and love. And the riches people in the world is not with the most money, titles, positions and possession wealth are often the lowest ranked in the Kingdom of God. So how do we build relationships in the market place?

We live in a highly competitive world and everyone tries to fish for others people ego. Building relationship is the glue that brings people and families together. In the market place we need to embassadors by impressing others from far and impacting others close by. By building relationships with others, we can have the trust and passport to share the gospel to others. Building relationships is about making a point to share your life, your food and your joys with your colleagues and associates. In the end it involves transforming others people’s life. We must never mistreat our directors, colleagues and staffs and even trainees because in the end bad business relationships will erodes profitability and revenues.

Building relationships with others can be messy. Alot of times people are not willing to reveal their true self to you. Often we might find difficult person are the ones that are doing the most well. In order to start, we need to be sincere, transparent, open and truthful communication, uphold integrity and deliver beyond what was promised.

Sometimes we have to deal with conflicts, but we need to part well with others if cannot resolve the conflict. We need to preserve their dignity and preserve good relationships above all conflicts. Even it is councilling and facing the consequences, we need to separate the values from the acts of the fault and still respect the other side. Because it is the will of God of love and God loves people. When we behave with Godly value and treat others well, we will deflect alot of the conflicts and problems. We also need to learn to develop people and let them go, because it is God’s people. Whatever our work we do because God put us in strategic positions, we have the ideas of bringing up, grooming up people and send them forth like building the Church of Christ. We need to learn to let people go even it brings pain, kicked the dust and betrayal, because we need to have a heart for God and God’s people and learn to forgive and let it go. In the end God will honor us because God is no one’s debtor.

We need to be like disguised missionary and witness for Christ Jesus in the workplace. But we need to change ourselves first before trying to transform others and hear from God as He leads. It is a learning journey and process that is tough when faced with financial results, accounts books and business strategies and savagely survival. God will honor us if we honor Him by living by Godly value and making a stand for God as mentioned in Colossians: 3. 23. whatsoever ye do, work heartily, as unto the Lord, and not unto men. The most important thing in life is to take time off and seek God for ourselves because it is the starting point. We need to be remind ourselves that we need to fear God more than person.

Children Bible Story On God Search Me And Christ Jesus Really Knows My Heart according to Luke 19:1-10, Luke 15:1, Luke 5:30, 1 Samuel 16:7, Psalm 14:1, Romans 3:23, Habakkuk 2:4, Romans 1:17, Acts 16:29-32, Romans 4:16-18

The story of Zacchaeus who was the chief collector and he was wealthy. And Jesus already was prepared for him and that he was waiting to be saved. Zacchaeus was curious to see for himself who Jesus is. However, the crowd was judging Zacchaeus and Jesus for talking with a sinner at the entrance of His house, but Jesus defended that He was here to save the lost. Jesus stayed at Zacchaeus house that night and had dinner with his family. At the same night Zacchaeus was cut to the heart convicted and restituted And after being redeemed he was prepared to give half away of his possession to the poor and truly repented for his sins for cheating the poor by compensating 4 times the amount he cheated.

The above Bible Story is told in Luke: 19. 1. And he entered and was passing through Jericho. 2. And behold, a man called by name Zacchaeus; and he was a chief publican, and he was rich. 3. And he sought to see Jesus who he was; and could not for the crowd, because he was little of stature. 4. And he ran on before, and climbed up into a sycomore tree to see him: for he was to pass that way. 5. And when Jesus came to the place, he looked up, and said unto him, Zacchaeus, make haste, and come down; for to-day I must abide at thy house. 6. And he made haste, and came down, and received him joyfully. 7. And when they saw it, they all murmured, saying, He is gone in to lodge with a man that is a sinner. 8. And Zacchaeus stood, and said unto the Lord, Behold, Lord, the half of my goods I give to the poor; and if I have wrongfully exacted aught of any man, I restore fourfold. 9. And Jesus said unto him, To-day is salvation come to this house, forasmuch as he also is a son of Abraham. 10. For the Son of man came to seek and to save that which was lost.

During the time of Jesus, the present day Palestine and Jerusalem city was ruled by the Roman Empire and they contracted local tax collectors and aristocrats like Zacchaeus to collect taxes from the people. However, the locals regarded them to be sinners for they exploited their authority and made them wealthy by excessive taxes beyond the stipulated amounts, which put a heavy burden on the poor and working class as seen in Luke: 15. 1. Now all the publicans and sinners were drawing near unto him to hear him. Others than those blood suckers and criminals; the working class, the commoners, the scribes and pharisees considered themselves to be non sinners. Therefore, When they saw Jesus engaging Zacchaeus instead of them, they quickly misread Jesus’s true intention of saving a seeking man and they judged based on having dinner and stayed at that rich man’s villa and therfore criticized and slandered Him in public as seen in Luke: 5. 30. And the Pharisees and their scribes murmured against his disciples, saying, Why do ye eat and drink with the publicans and sinners?

Bible memory verses suggestions and Sunday School sharing points:

1) God always looks in your heart and not in our stature and outward appearance as described in 1 Samuel: 16. 7. But Jehovah said unto Samuel, Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have rejected him: for [Jehovah seeth] not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but Jehovah looketh on the heart. Because God already know those people who has not a place for Him in their hearts except other worldly possessions and pleasures, Those are the one that displease God for their corrupt minds and wrongful deeds as explained in  Psalm: 14. 1. For the Chief Musician. [A Psalm] of David. The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works; There is none that doeth good.

2) Zacchaeus who was a sinner as described in Romans: 3. 23. for all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God; But he was saved because he believed in the salvation of the Son of God and not by his own restitution and repentance as explained in Habakkuk: 2. 4. Behold, his soul is puffed up, it is not upright in him; but the righteous shall live by his faith. And he was saved by the grace of God and made righteous through faith unto Christ Jesus as revealed in Romans: 1. 17. For therein is revealed a righteousness of God from faith unto faith: as it is written, But the righteous shall live by faith.

3) Being good children of God, we not only need to have faith and believe in the salvation of God but also need to receive, read, learn, meditate and apply the Word of God as depicted in Acts: 16. 29. And he called for lights and sprang in, and, trembling for fear, fell down before Paul and Silas, 30. and brought them out and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved? 31. And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus, and thou shalt be saved, thou and thy house. 32. And they spake the word of the Lord unto him, with all that were in his house. If we want to be saved and restored to the bosom of Father God, we need to understand and trust the fact that no one in the history of civilizations has saved more people in the past and present than Christ Jesus; for our Lord Jesus is the true vine and the way and the light on the path to our Abba God.

4) Lastly to be save by God’s grace and love, we need to develop faith from within. The kind of faith needed is the unconditional seeking and trusting in the love of God and that He will bring us through all into victory despite how dire the situation may be now as seen in the testament of faith in God by Abraham who is the father of all nations in Romans: 4. 16. For this cause [it is] of faith, that [it may be] according to grace; to the end that the promise may be sure to all the seed; not to that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of Abraham, who is the father of us all 17. (as it is written, A father of many nations have I made thee) before him whom he believed, [even] God, who giveth life to the dead, and calleth the things that are not, as though they were. 18. Who in hope believed against hope, to the end that he might become a father of many nations, according to that which had been spoken, So shall thy seed be.

May Bible Verse Of The Day

Brethren, I could not myself yet to have laid hold: but one thing [I do], forgetting the things which are behind, and stretching forward to the things which are before, 14. I press on toward the goal unto the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. Philippians 3:13

God has called us to be victorious and overcomers by stepping forward for His kingdom. When we move for God it requires us to stretch and move out of our comfort zone and into the wilderness. God does not promise us with easy and painless journey but the challenging journey is going to be sweet and memorable in the end.

In order to move forward and seize the prized promises of God, we must first need to let go of our nets, sell our boats and leave our past behind us in the case of Apostle and his brother. For our case it might be extreme case of leaving our family, resigning from our jobs or selling off our businesses. But have no fear that God will prove your right and provide for all your needs and of your family.

1 Corinthians: 9. 22. To the weak I became weak, that I might gain the weak: I am become all things to all men, that I may by all means save some. 23. And I do all things for the gospel’s sake, that I may be a joint partaker thereof.

To carry the cross of Christ Jesus is about following carrying the Word of God to where ever we go and what ever we do. If we say that we love Jesus Christ, then prove it by loving the Word of His Father even more. Shall we live our lives for the sake of the Holy Bible. The pleasing end result is to lead the unsaved and unclean closer to Christ Jesus, for the sake of reconciling man with God.

For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. Isaiah: 55. 9.

Make missions a life style and no longer a program. It is not difficult for us to give up a golf or beauty saloon session, or an expensive gift or leisure for your love ones and family. Why not use money to adopt a homeless child or support overseas mission to reach the untapped nations of the world.

Go through the Abraham experience and put Isaac on the alter, rest assured that God will put a substitute. When we sacrifice our children for God, they have belonged to God and God will take care of them even better than us. We need to live a life of sacrifice, our life will change, our perspective of life and the way we worship God will also change.

Isaiah: 43. 19. Behold, I will do a new thing; now shall it spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.

We are called by God to proclaim the kingdom of God cometh down upon the earth and we also need to accept, respect, love and serve our neighbors and people around us. When we go forth into the wilderness loving people, we will encounter the Holy Spirit of God strengthening us, anointing us with supernatural capacities and working miracles through us I.e. preaching the Word of God, prophesying, saving and salvaging a great multitude, deliverance, exorcism, raising the dead, etc.

Ultimately, we too become more Christ like that radiates His loving kindness when serving people and making diciples effectively (in modern day terms is like having a ton of followers and fans on social media, whom they think, talk, act, eat and sleep like Christ Jesus through constant contact with us). And we uphold His truth and justice like a beacon on a hill.

Psalm: 139. 14. I will give thanks unto thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: Wonderful are thy works; And that my soul knoweth right well.

We need to stop trying to be like our successful, gifted, orderly, organized, multi-talented people around us or even pretending like one. And sometimes they make us feel small and feel bad of ourselves and we might even question God on where is the fairness in this world. Can we secure our identity in Christ Jesus and feel insecure no more.

Over the years we need to find our identify in Christ. We need to also accept others and their giftings and talents and see their purpose in the Kingdom of God and they are here to compliments us. People will always have different perceptions of us and even judge us. Nevertheless, the real us does not really matter but we need to find our original you that God has made us to be.

We cannot everyday struggle wanting to be like others, we cannot do that, live like that and we need to love ourselves and grow our skills and gifts and celebrate our lives like that instead. We just cannot be the person that God does not wants us to be. Because we are all made special and unique in the image of God and learn to rejoice in God.

Romans: 8. 29. For whom he foreknew, he also foreordained [to be] conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren: 30. and whom he foreordained, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.

The only way to reduce and break the cyclic sinning is to have a relationship with God so that we become like the righteousness of Christ Jesus, for He is the blameless Lamb of God.
In our journey, God gives us the power to obey Him by bring a living sacrifice of Love. God gives us the power to serve him, to love others, to come into His Holy presence, to feel safe and secure in the arms of the Father. Thus, we need to know Jesus and know His good news.

Romans: 3. 23. for all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God;

The reason is simply in nature of sinning, cunning and deceit we all inherit in us at the beginning. Where Adam and Eve sinned by disobeying God, when they consumed the fruit from the tree of knowledge. In the story of Jacob stealing the blessings of Esau through duress as seen in Genesis: 25. 31. And Jacob said, Sell me first thy birthright. 33. And Jacob said, Swear to me first. And he sware unto him. And he sold his birthright unto Jacob. And by pretending to be Esau and deceiving his blind and old father Isaac as depicted in Genesis: 27. 22. And Jacob went near unto Isaac his father. And he felt him, and said, The voice is Jacob’s voice, but the hands are the hands of Esau. 23. And he discerned him not, because his hands were hairy, as his brother Esau’s hands. So he blessed him. 24. And he said, Art thou my very son Esau? And he said, I am.

Philippians: 3. 21. who shall fashion anew the body of our humiliation, [that it may be] conformed to the body of his glory, according to the working whereby he is able even to subject all things unto himself.

The image of Christ is embedded in everyone of us. Because of this enabled us to live in power and to taste how God wants us to be. And reflecting the image of God to the world, as our lives is a painting of God. Here in the power of Christ I stand because He is our shield and strength.

Romans: 12. 1. I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, [which is] your spiritual service. 2. And be not fashioned according to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, and ye may prove what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

God plans and wants all His children to have a sound and clear mind listening and guided by the Holy Spirit of God. Because we are continuing to learn everyday of our lives and there are many things which we do not know and cannot even comprehend as mortal flesh and blood.

Therefore, we pray to God for a sound and protected mind from the forces of darkness to help us discern the truth out from the lies and deception of this world. My Lord God help us to test and approve what God will is, may none of our minds fall into temptations and bondages, other than good, pleasing and His perfect will. And as the result shall be perfect overflow with joy and peace of the Kingdom of Heaven.

Acts: 1. 8. But ye shall receive power, when the Holy Spirit is come upon you: and ye shall be my witnesses both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea and Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.

Saint Paul taught us to become anointed witnesses to the glory of God the Father and God the Son. As through the help of the Holy Spirit of God who is upon us who believe and accept Christ Jesus as our Savior and Lord. We are able to do and achieve great things to the glory of the Kingdom of the Son of love. Being not as big as what we can do and by the fact that we did not achieve it by our own strength and skills. Therefore, we are call upon to be witnessed to the help given and that God is with us and His majesty reins on earth and in heaven. Amen.

Romans: 12. 13. communicating to the necessities of the saints; given to hospitality. 14. Bless them that persecute you; bless, and curse not. 15. Rejoice with them that rejoice; weep with them that weep.

We as Christians are asked to profess the goodness of God in the Word of God and to stand firm in God’s will and promises and to stand against the corruption of the enemy and the world. We ask God to help renew our minds by pondering on the Word of God, by not only reading, gleaning and hearing in the Word of God, but also reflecting and meditating on it.

If we are good with imagination, we can see mental pictures of subjects and objects described in Bible verses. After all these, we should profess to others to their benefit and not keep it to ourselves. Ultimately, with a sole intention to align men with God.

Romans: 12. 19. Avenge not yourselves, beloved, but give place unto the wrath [of God]: for it is written, Vengeance belongeth unto me; I will recompense, saith the Lord. 20. But if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him to drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire upon his head. 21. Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.

Be not overcome of it, but overcome it. Do not be afraid nor dismay at their faces nor before all the multitude, resist it, walk pass it the valley and be with the light. You are a small beacon of light. Allow us and other believers to help heal you and strengthen you and pray for everlasting blessings and protection from our Lord God Jesus Christ. We love you my saint, God and Jesus in heaven love you dear child. So be it in the name that is exlated above all names of Jesus we pray, believe and commit. Amen.

Despite what God has said above, history is filled with stories of punishing the enemy and family vendettas to avenge for a loved one. The reason why God said that vengeance is His, is because when we try to take justice into our own hands, what system of justice are we based on. Is it some natural justice out of hate and resentment or a written law created by a manly statesman or worse our own judgment based on what can be get back at the enemy. Ultimately, all of man’s judgement is flawed in the eyes of God, for our Lord God sees from heaven.

Proverbs: 18. 20. A man’s belly shall be filled with the fruit of his mouth; With the increase of his lips shall he be satisfied. 21. Death and life are in the power of the tongue; And they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof. 22. Whoso findeth a wife findeth a good thing, And obtaineth favor of Jehovah.

Whatever that we preach or profess to others will affect their mind and also their soul, so don’t be too quick and to often to open that gap. We only say when it is necessary and after some inner thoughts on how others would feel and the effects of has. It’s nicer to give a sincere smile, wave or handshake and bless with well wishes. Because the tongue has power to profess life and death. So we pray to our Lord God Jesus Christ for His discernment on how to use this powerful object. Bless and be blessed. Amen.

Isaiah: 50. 10. Who is among you that feareth Jehovah, that obeyeth the voice of his servant? he that walketh in darkness, and hath no light, let him trust in the name of Jehovah, and rely upon his God.

We as mortal must fear God as our creator and supreme and almighty Ruler of the universe. He is who He is and called Himself ‘I Am’, because He cannot be labeled or tagged in any form, for He is God. When we know how to fear our loving God, like how we fear and love our parents and grandparents, we will also trust in Him and obey His commandments and fulfill His calling. For our God knew us even before we were conceived, therefore He knows our disobedience and fears too to restraint us from sinning. Let’s pray that God give us good fear of Him, the Son of God and Angel of the Lord, to keep charge over us and keep us in our right way. Amen.

Proverbs: 15. 1. A soft answer turneth away wrath; But a grievous word stirreth up anger.

Anger and rage against another human or God’s creatures is part of the 7 deadly sins that all Christians need to avoid at all cost. Therefore, we must be disciplined to avoid words that are insulting and hurting to others. Instead let our conversation be filled with grace and compassion. And having not refrain from libel, slander, gossip and murmuring like the Israelites in Exodus. They have just witnessed the wonders and awe of God delivering them yet they behave like looser with a weak mind and loose tongue. Therefore, we pray in the name of Jesus, who is the Son of God our Lord to have the discernment with spoken Words so to make us more than conquerors.

Mark: 11. 23. Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou taken up and cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that what he saith cometh to pass; he shall have it.

What we speak to others do matters, because God made us with the power of confession. We were made to testify of God’s glory and invincible hand on our lives. It does not matter what form of communication is used, be it spoken, written, recorded audio, video, blog, chats, etc of the Internet age. As the way we convey messages transforms over time. Hence, we need to be careful and mindful of what we say or intend to say and not treat it lightly. As we often preceive that no one can sue us for libel or slander, as it is not recorded as proof nor published publicly. This leads to the evil culture of lying and swear falsely on others, whether intentionally or unintentionally to cause distress, harm or to get upper hand over other humans. Thus, we pray for spiritual discernment against evil sins of lying and swear falsely in all situations we are caught in. Amen

James: 4. 3. Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may spend [it] in your pleasures.

When we pray we need to check against the Bible to see if it is in accordance to the will of God. We can pray or others help pray to God for something perhaps worldly things. But why our prayers does not seem to be answered. And we doubt that God has turn a deft ear against us or even forsaken us. God will grant us favor and things that He has promised His children in the Word of God and He is sovereign and has the final say and not what we prayed for. Therefore, we need to pray with the right motives and ask with humility and understanding of the covenants in the Holy Bible. And never subject our Father God onto our wills and fancies. Amen.

1 Peter: 1. 18. knowing that ye were redeemed, not with corruptible things, with silver or gold, from your vain manner of life handed down from your fathers;

Travel journey with deeper conscious of God’s invincible hands in our lives and that God and His Angels are working hard day and night to protect us and rescue us. On the other hand, those who says they no need God and do not read the Bible and refuse to go to church, will want to save themselves or numb themselves in money or gold and silver, enjoyment and sins, because human are by in born nature attracted to sex and pleasure. Therefore, we thank You and praise You God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit.

Acts: 16. 16. And it came to pass, as we were going to the place of prayer, that a certain maid having a spirit of divination met us, who brought her masters much gain by soothsaying. 17. The same following after Paul and us cried out, saying, These men are servants of the Most High God, who proclaim unto you the way of salvation. 18. And this she did for many days. But Paul, being sore troubled, turned and said to the spirit, I charge thee in the name of Jesus Christ to come out of her. And it came out that very hour.

From above story it is evident that devil’s servants and evil in the form of possessed person can easily sense out a holy person that is strong in faith and protected by Holy Spirit of God. Similarly, a holy person might be able to sense the presence of evil nearby. Whether, we are spirituality anointed or a regular clergy or a normal person, we need the help of the Holy Spirit of God to help us discern

Isaiah: 43. 1. But now thus saith Jehovah that created thee, O Jacob, and he that formed thee, O Israel: Fear not, for I have redeemed thee; I have called thee by thy name, thou art mine.

We as Christ followers should not be too fearful except fearing God by obeying His commandments and stay away from sins. Because we are His creations and we belong to Him for He even know us by our names no matter which nation we are in. Ultimately, when we wait on the Lord God and call out in His name, He will save us from His holy heavenly with His right hand. Amen.

Isaiah 43.2. When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned, neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.

What Apostle Isaiah prophesied had came to passed in Christ Jesus for He is God like being the Son of God. For Christ followers it meant that when we walk through the fire of oppression we shall not be burnt up. And when we go through rivers of difficulties we shall not drown. We need to live in holiness and sealed by the Holy Spirit of God. Therefore, we should not fear of any evil works and hexes as the darkness will tremble and flee from us and the enemy will ‘get hot’ for Jesus has triumphant over them at the cross. We pray that God to strengthen us within and in our faith no matter what situations we are stuck in and to be led by the Holy Spirit of God into victory and remain vigilant of the attacks by the enemy. Amen.

Isaiah 43.3. For I am Jehovah thy God, the Holy One of Israel, thy Saviour; I have given Egypt as thy ransom, Ethiopia and Seba in thy stead.

Jehovah our God in heaven chooses His nation and people to keep His sacred Oracles, covenants and treasures by how obedient and Godly they are by their own choice. He could have chosen Egypt as it is the oldest civilization in the world. And Ethiopia (came to name by Christian King Ezana during 4th century AD of Aksum Kingdom) also previously known as Abyssinia and called to be the cradle of humankind and country that was never conquered by outsiders except WWII. Half of Ethiopians today are Christian practicing Ethiopian orthodox branch of ancient Egyptian Coptic Church. And Seba was the Solomonid country (decent of King Solomon) named after Queen Sheba in the Bible and has its root from 10th century BC. Today, its once ancient capitol of Marib is situated east of Yemen’s modern capitol of Sana’a.

When people are becoming sinful and fearless, God will have to choose whom He can save and He will not save all sinners and evil sowers and workers. When God chooses Egypt was made to suffer as a ransom to set us free. Later Ethiopia and then Seba was chosen as expiatory offering to suffer in our place. Implying also of other nations in history been given up for destruction by God. More recently, China reached its lowest point during post WWII Civil War as it continue to ignore the warning of heathen practice and allowed rampant unnecessarily and merciless bloodsheds and massacres on its vast lands and waters. Hence, Kings, Leaders and Politicians around the world to be vigilant and uphold their moral duty to the land and people whom they have been installed to helm and govern. Amen.

1 Corinthians: 11. 25. In like manner also the cup, after supper, saying, This cup is the new covenant in my blood: this do, as often as ye drink [it], in remembrance of me. 26. For as often as ye eat this bread, and drink the cup, ye proclaim the Lord’s death till he come. 27. Wherefore whosoever shall eat the bread or drink the cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner, shall be guilty of the body and the blood of the Lord. 28. But let a man prove himself, and so let him eat of the bread, and drink of the cup. 29. For he that eateth and drinketh, eateth and drinketh judgment unto himself, if he discern not the body.

The Holy Communion is the remembrance of the sacrifices of Christ Jesus for our sins on the cross and the forgiveness of our sins and trespasses. Therefore, we should treat the sacrifices in the shed bloods of the Son of God with adoration and awe. And before partaking in the Holy Communion, we should cleanse our body and soul of any sins and to prove it to the Lord God. If there is still sins before communion, they should repent sins and ask for forgiveness from the Lord and who soever trespassed first. For there is cleansing sins in the blood of the Lamb.

We need to be discerning about the blood and body of Jesus Christ as they are not mere symbols of eating and drinking as the Corinthians were doing (judged by Apostle Paul as eating and drinking judgement instead of blessings). It is from the cup of blessings of Jesus that redemption of sins, love, and peace flows out from we yearn and pray in the mighty name of Jesus.

2 Corinthians: 5. 20. We are ambassadors therefore on behalf of Christ, as though God were entreating by us: we beseech [you] on behalf of Christ, be ye reconciled to God.

Jesus Christ asked His Apostles and diciples to spread the Word of reconciliation back to God as enshrined in the old testament, which is the same calling also in the new testament. A Godly city is founded whose architect and builder is our God. In this city new Godly and holy life and value will be up held and practiced by its inhabitants. Because a Godly cities and nations is God’s possession and His people shall be reconcile back to God the Father. Amen.

Luke: 15. 15. And he went and joined himself to one of the citizens of that country; and he sent him into his fields to feed swine.

Be good citizens of the country whom exhibits high quality conduct and be subjected to the rule of law and authority of God, for God is sovereign. And He will always be sovereign over the child of God no matter what your situations and circumstances. At the same time there 3 fold responsibility for every citizens I.e. pay tax to the human government in order to keep the civilization going, recognize and accept the human government elected by the people of the land and pray for God’s leadership, wisdom and guidance over the chosen leaders.

The function of God to His children is to protect the weak and poor, judge the wicked and evil and promote and bless the righteous. Sometimes, bad things do happen to us and God expects to see allegiance to Him. For God says He do not recompense evil, wait upon the Lord and He will save you. Amen.

Romans: 6. 3. Or are ye ignorant that all we who were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death? 4. We were buried therefore with him through baptism unto death: that like as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, so we also might walk in newness of life. 5. For if we have become united with [him] in the likeness of his death, we shall be also [in the likeness] of his resurrection;

To live is Christ and to die is gain, we gain eternal salvation through the precious blood of Jesus Christ. Why do Christians need to symbolically die in our previous sins and trespasses. Because the obsession with sins I.e. lust and adultery and there is some dark forces controlling our thoughts to continue sinning although our heart and Bible says no.

Renewed mind is God’s provision through the works of the cross.
Forgiveness and personally appropriate deliverance.
God’s provision of confession and renunciation of sins. When we are cleansed by His precious blood and made alive again. We will experience more love, peace and joy in our live likened to His 3rd heaven kingdom on earth. Amen.

Ephesians: 2. 5. even when we were dead through our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace have ye been saved), 6. and raised us up with him, and made us to sit with him in the heavenly [places], in Christ Jesus:

Thought patterns and the roots of the thought patterns are stubbornly persistent I.e. men or women who like sex and when they see the opposite sex they get attracted and starts to allure and seduce.

Hence, the Word of God commands that we need to deal with these 2 problems. Because getting rid of only either one of the problem will not remove the issue, in the contrary it might get worse. Thus, the need for renewed mind in Christ Jesus because He is replacing all that is bad with His good in our body, mind and soul. Amen.

Romans: 14. 17. for the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.

Christian legalism means strict, literal and excessive use of what God says. It is not wrong legally though, but it may be annoying to regular Christians.

April Bible Verse Of The Day

Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child, he shall in no wise enter therein according to Mark 10:15

image

Mark 10:13. And they were bringing unto him little children, that he should touch them: and the disciples rebuked them. 14. But when Jesus saw it, he was moved with indignation, and said unto them, Suffer the little children to come unto me; forbid them not: for to such belongeth the kingdom of God. 15. Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child, he shall in no wise enter therein. 16. And he took them in his arms, and blessed them, laying his hands upon them.

The above biblical story records of Jesus rebuking his diciples for rejecting children brought by their parents to receive his blessings and the children went through a long and tiring journeying by foot and under rain and sun in order to meet with Jesus.

Jesus is a loving savior and protector of all children. For the children are not only the future of a family, tribe and nation, but the future caretakers of the Kingdom of God on earth after the present generation has passed on. Jesus affirms that a child with a tender heart would accept the authority of the Kingdom of God and his Father is much wiser than a adult on his own free will.

Jesus advises all of us to not only love and care for our children, but to also bless them and nurture them like what Jesus did. In prayer we sincerely dedicate our Child to you and accept your blessings with great gladness and humility.Write into their heart your words of wisdom so that they will not depart from them. Guide them in all your ways. And glorify Your name in all of your ways.

He that believeth on Me, as the scripture hath said, from within him shall flow rivers of living water John 7:38

image

He that believeth on Me, as the scripture hath said, from within him shall flow rivers of living water. John 7:38. From the scriptures above, believing only in your source of abundant life, will let flow in your life rivers of living water. The living water that is sweet and never runs dry.

According to Jeremiah 2 and 7, the garden and fountain of living water refers to God. It is from God’s fountain that flows His rivers of blessings. The magnitude of God’s blessings is beyond what most people can imagine. We pray in the promise of God that rivers of living water may flow from us and let it be a blessings to all God’s children.

Johovah’s thoughts toward you, are thoughts of peace and hope in your latter end according to Jeremiah 29:11

image

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith Johovah, thoughts of peace,  and not of evil, so to give you hope in your latter end.  Jeremiah 29:11

We pray that Your thoughts and blessings of hope and peace will always be with us. By the Word of God, we thank You and praise You for your loving thoughts on all Your children. Amen.

For God so loved the world,  that he gave his only begotten Son. That whosoever believeth on him should not perish, but have eternal life. John 3:16.

image

By God’s Word we pray that God’s greatest gift of sending a messiah and savour through Jesus Christ has lifted our sins and gave us eternal salvation.

We thanks You and Praise You for your greatest gift to all mankind. Amen.

By this shall all men know that ye are my diciples; if ye have love one to another. John 13:35

image

We follow your teachings oh Lord to become your good diciple and also to make diciples in all nations. By the Word of God, that the Holy Spirit will anoint us work good character, peace and obedience of being diciples of Christ Jesus. We pray in your Holy name. Amen.

For we have not a high priest that cannot be touched by the feeling of our infirmities; but one hath been in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sins. Hebrew 4:15

image

The children of God are truly blessed by our high priest and saviour is filled with love and compassion. In spite of all our weakness, illness, disabilities and unworthiness. For our Lord Jesus is perfect in all ways, unblemished by sins and pleasing to God.

By the Word of God, we thank you Lord for being our highest priest from God and saviour of all mankind. Amen.

Even so let your light shine before men; that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven. Matthew 5:16

image

In God’s word and all intentions of God that He wants all His children to be fruitful, live life purposely and abundantly. So that we may shine bright like a beacon on a hill, so that the glory of God shining through cannot be conceal by any darkness.

There is nothing more fulfilling for our Father in heaven to see all His children and descendants glorifying His name age after age. For what He created in the beginning was good in his image. In name of Jesus, help us to become more like you Lord, so that we too can glory our Father’s name on earth. Amen.

For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments; and his commandments are not grievous. 1 John 5:3

image

To love God is not about telling others about your love. As words without actions are emptiness, where man can say what they not mean in their heart.
For God treasures what is in your heart and more on your deeds. And is never by the word of man that true relationships are kept. As the saying goes actions are louder than words or put your money where your mouth is.

By the Word of God, we pray to keep Your commandments cheerfully and gladly as our symbol and pride of loving our mighty God. Amen.

For the Word of God is living and active, and sharper than any two-edge swords, and piercing even to dividing of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and quick to discern the thoughts and intents of the heart. Hebrews 4-12

image

By the Word of God, the world and all His creation was formed. And the Word was with God and was God’s image in the beginning. The living and active Word of God will never fail us nor fail to understand our true hearts desires.

We pray that the Word of God will help us discern things of this world that had made our mind and vision clouded. Let the Word of God pierce through our flesh and bones and let the Holy Spirit enter into our soul. For the Word of God is the only one that can satisfy our soul’s desires. Amen.

Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The Kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seeds in his field. Matthew 13:24

image

God is always pleased by His children who does good deeds for His Glory. And good deeds are produced by the sowing of good seeds in his field and not other people’s field. For our Father in heaven wants to bless us and provide for us and our families. The laboring in our fields is likened to sowing good seeds on earth. For what we enjoy now today is most probably the fruits from the sowing by our parents, grandparents and ancestors.

Jesus’s ministry has always focused on the kingdom of heaven on earth. He has helped, saved and touched the lives of many during His time and after Him. By the Word of God, we pray to help us sow good seeds into whatever God has entrusted us to. Amen.

Even so let your light shine before men; that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven. Matthew 5:16

image

Christ followers who walk the path of Jesus will have different types and levels of success according to God’s will. Whatever good works that you shall reap are by no means small, in the eyes your family, relatives, partners, associates, colleges and communities around you.

Let your good deeds shine like a beacon on a hill in the glory of God. We pray that it is not for our glory or ego, but all glory, thanks and praise goes to You. Amen.

And moses said unto Aaron. What this people unto thee, that thou hast brought so great a sin upon them? Exodus 32:21

image

Man has sinned since the beginning of time and they tried to hide their sin’s from God. Moses after bringing the children of Israel out of the promised land, was faced with 3000 sinners worshiping a golden calf. As witnessed in the excuses mentioned by Aaron. People tend create a lot of excuses for themselves to justify their actions or to sanctify an immoral behavior. However, our God is a just God and is clear on who is on his side. Our God is also merciful God, who forgives upon the repentance of sin.

By the word of God, we will always be obedient to God in keeping to his commandments and refrain from the temptation of sins. Amen.

1 Timothy: 6. 12. Fight the good fight of the faith, lay hold on the life eternal, whereunto thou wast called, and didst confess the good confession in the sight of many witnesses.

By the Word of God we pray to give us strength and faith to fight for the good, even laying down our lives, as we are called to do. So as to be a good confession for Christ Jesus to the multitudes of your generation. As Jesus Himself did a good confession of the light and truth of God before the Roman governor Pontius Pilate and San Hadrian Court that has caused transformations to all the nations of our human civilization. What causes such good confession is Jesus stared before death and shared the awesomeness, the love and grace of His Father God. As told in 1 Timothy 13. I charge thee in the sight of God, who giveth life to all things, and of Christ Jesus, who before Pontius Pilate witnessed the good confession.

1 Peter 2:9 But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.

We have been redeemed by His death on the cross, we are chosen, and now we stand and sons and daughters of the King, we are His heir. We are victorious in life, overcomers of darkness. We also bear the responsibility and privilege that He has given us to reach others about His gift of salvation from sins. Bearing His crown is a renewed identity that we gain as we become part of His royalty.

1 Timothy 6:14. that thou keep the commandment, without spot, without reproach, until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ: 15. which in its own times he shall show, who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings, and Lord of lords; 16. who only hath immortality, dwelling in light unapproachable; whom no man hath seen, nor can see: to whom [be] honor and power eternal. Amen.

Let your servants and children praise you my Lord my God. Bless us the king of kings, lord of lords.

1 Samuel 2:30. Therefore Jehovah, the God of Israel, saith, I said indeed that thy house, and the house of thy father, should walk before me for ever: but now Jehovah saith, Be it far from me; for them that honor me I will honor, and they that despise me shall be lightly esteemed.

Honor begins with God as no one can honor God alone without honoring people around them. Maintaining a attitude of honor will affect your marriage, family, relationships, well being, happiness, business, job, career, finances, church, neighbor, community, nation and world.

In real life, we might find it very difficult up honor people that we don’t like or despise us. But God requires us to not only honor Him, but honor our leaders, one another, the poor, helpless and destitute people. Nonetheless, honor is not something that is in built in us, in fact it needs to be taught about, learned from elders or role models and pass on to the younger generations.

Luke 24:49. And behold, I send forth the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry ye in the city, until ye be clothed with power from on high.

In the above scripture, Jesus has instructed His diciples about the Holy Spirit. Although Jesus has return to His Father, He will send us His Holy Spirit and fill us with the power from heaven till He comes again before judgement day.

John 14:26. But the Comforter, [even] the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all that I said unto you

Jesus has promised His diciples before returning to His Father, that His Father would send the Holy Spirit to dwell in us and be our comforter and advisor. The Holy Spirit will be your guide and teacher on behalf of Jesus and His Father and will help refresh and recall the Word sent by God and all the teachings of Christ Jesus, until the Messiah returns again before judgement day.

Luke 10:1. Now after these things the Lord appointed seventy others, and sent them two and two before his face into every city and place, whither he himself was about to come.

The Seventy chosen and appointed by Jesus Christ is the origin of clergy of Church of Christ. In pairs of 2, they were charged by the Lord to become missionaries, evangelist and teachers to carry out His teachings into every towns and villages.

Luke 13:32. He said to them, “Go and tell that fox, ‘Behold, I cast out demons and perform cures today and tomorrow, and the third day I complete my mission.

Venturing into missions according to the above scripture is all about curing the deaf and mute, healing the sick, opening the eyes of the blind, cleansing evil spirits and raising the dead today and tomorrow. The adventurous life that comes with going on your way for a good course and for God, is a blessings at the same time a great step of faith that involves risk, fear and persecution. Invest in your young children by sending them to missions. By going to missions, their life will be transformed and they will never be the same again. When we give for missions we are not only blessing others but also investing onto ourselves.

What if you ventured out but never achieved your goals, even if you did not achieve what you set out, but by the faith you step out, you will gain God. In the end it’s not the destination but the journey. Some of us have the calling to go out, some have the calling to give, some have the calling to pray.

Hebrews 13:8. Jesus Christ [is] the same yesterday and to-day, [yea] and for ever.

Our God is everlasting and He is the alpha and the omega, from the beginning of creation until the final ending. So is His son Christ Jesus, whom has returned to His Father in heaven, but His love for us remains and He promises a return to save us in the future.

Mark 4:39. And he awoke, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea, Peace, be still. And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm.

There will be storms throughout our lives and sometimes we fear exceedingly for our lives and future. Why do you still have no faith? How well do you know Jesus to face the storms in your lives?

The prelude story in Mark 4:35. And on that day, when even was come, he saith unto them, Let us go over unto the other side. 36. And leaving the multitude, they take him with them, even as he was, in the boat. And other boats were with him. 37. And there ariseth a great storm of wind, and the waves beat into the boat, insomuch that the boat was now filling. 38. And he himself was in the stern, asleep on the cushion: and they awake him, and say unto him, Teacher, carest thou not that we perish?

In the Word of God we pray that to follow God with complete faith and trust in God. And with the help from God, we shall came to the other side of the sea, into the country of the Gerasenes.

Romans: 8. 1. There is therefore now no condemnation to them that are in Christ Jesus.

There is no more condemnation in our lives as Christ Jesus has thoroughly wash us clean of all sins. For Jesus has paid the full price for us all at the Cross of Calvary. Thus we are worthy as Children, sons and daughters of God.

2 Timothy 4:5. But be thou sober in all things, suffer hardship, do the work of an evangelist, fulfil thy ministry.

God is standing at the threshold of heaven and seeing who will go into missions and reach the unreached people groups. You don’t have to travel thousand of miles and go to high risk countries to evangelize and intercede for others. Why not look at our left and right and the people closest to you i.e. family, friends and acquaintances to spread the good news of salvation in the Word of God. We are doing these not because we want to just fill up seats, not for our own satisfaction or glory, but simply to obey God and bring people back to the Father.

Some of us might be too busy with our lives and business and some might not have the courage or motivation to share the gospel and salvation of God. Can you recall for the past 1 year whom have you brought to Christ and to church? who’s live have you impacted and transformed? which door post of which family have you shaken for God? Do you remember which line of the Word of God has changed that person in front of you?

As everyone of us is different with variable level of faith and abilities. We need to seek God for His wisdom and for guidance on methods to perform in evangelizing. Can you say to the Lord that I have seen and tasted of your great love and here I am at your service.

Death and life are in the power of the tongue, And those who love it will eat its fruit. Prov 18:21

To be Christ like, we need to always guard our minds and especially our tongues from the things we speak of. Because what our actions do only hits the flesh of the receiver, whereas what has been spoken cut deep into the soul of the receiver. Worse of what hurtful attacks hurled out, will always be remembered by those we might accidentally hurt, though we might already asked them for forgiveness.

It is better to be mute then to look like a fool. Never underestimate the power of the word. Let us pray that our vessel be filled with the Word of God and let our tongue speak of flowing water of life.

Jeremiah: 18. 6. O house of Israel, cannot I do with you as this potter? saith Jehovah. Behold, as the clay in the potter’s hand, so are ye in my hand, O house of Israel

Are you a soft clay or hardened clay? Does it really matter to you, because it is matter of the length of curring time? But it matters to God, because if we have used up almost all of our lives in other worldly things, and decide to give our remain time to God at the 11th hour, what of usefulness to God then? To be of use to God, we have to be as soft as the clay in the potter’s hands. And only soft clay can withstand that sort of crushing and starting over. We have to be soft enough to withstand every tough stuff and pain God will put us through. If we are a harden clay thay has gone wrong but are willing to be moulded again then God will keep doing it. But the results are always astounding in the end for our God is a merciful God.

We are the clay in God’s hands and God the potter will shape us into being like Christ using situations and people. If we have something not right in us I.e. hate, anger, murder, brutality, torture, lust, adultery, dishonesty, deception, perversion, cheating, inhumanity, idol / demon worship, evil transactions, devil bondage, lover of self and money, wicked pride, boastful, haughty, railers, etc. God will definetely crush that in us and start over. However, if we resist and refuse to change, there definetely will be a price to pay. Perhaps in our blessings or our destiny getting further away from us.

We pray that all of us continue to be moudable and to take every opportunity to learn to be Christ like even through each other. To sharpen each other since everyone have different weaknesses and strength. Learn from each other. We may not perfect our weakness quickly but that is what clay is meant to be. To be moulded to perfection and to be teachable and mouldable in every aspects of our lives, be it in church or in our workplaces or schools. Always allow God to continue to shape our minds and our hearts, for we know that His final works are always marvelous.
